All prices include reformatting of your document into book form including title page, publication page, dedication, and table of contents. After your approval, books are then printed on 100 gram ivory paper before being folded and sewn. Books are available in two standard sizes: Small (4.75 x 7) and Standard (6 x 8.5). The small size works well to make shorter works seem more substantial. Custom sizes are available. Prices are in US dollars.
